As a Support Worker with Lilacare you will assist NDIS and Aged Care participants to remain independent in their own homes while supporting them to achieve their goals and stay connected to their community
Your role may include
- Personal care
- Community access
- Social support
- Domestic assistance
- Meal preparation
- Transport to appointments
- Medication assistance
- Supporting participants to achieve greater independence
Shifts are available across mornings afternoons evenings overnight supports and weekends
With a growing number of participants throughout the Riverina there are opportunities for regular work and additional hours for team members willing to travel across the region
Part‑time opportunities are available for the right person
Essential Requirements
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Working With Children Check WWCC
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Certificate III in Individual Support Disability Aged Care or similar or currently studying
- Current Australian Driver Licence
- Reliable registered and insured motor vehicle
- Robust communication and documentation skills
- Smartphone
- Right to work in Australia
