About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and organised Property Manager to take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio and deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Your day-to-day will include:

Routine inspections and maintenance coordination

Liaising with rental providers and renters

Managing arrears and lease renewals

Coordinating leasing where required

Ensuring compliance with current Victorian legislation

About You

Previous Property Management experience

Strong communication and time management skills

A positive attitude and team-first mindset

Ability to manage competing priorities

Agent’s Representative Certificate or equivalent
