Business Support and Finance Coordinator

About the Role

Are you someone who enjoys keeping things organised, working with people and has a good head for numbers? Then this could be the role for you!

Alongside referral, customer service and business support responsibilities, you'll have the opportunity to use your finance and accounts administration experience to support the smooth running of the business.

Your Duties will include

- Managing incoming referrals in line with Ignite Healthcare’s Referral Management Process
- Coordinating and booking appointments for our clinicians
- Updating and maintaining accurate information in our CRM
- Following up referrals and supporting the referral conversion process
- Building strong relationships with referrers, participants, families and external stakeholders
- Liaising with NDIS providers, Home Care Providers, agents and other key partners
- Supporting new staff onboarding activities
- Maintaining an organised,



welcoming and professional office environment
- Managing office supplies and stock
- Supporting quality audits and compliance activities
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems and the customer experience
- Supporting the team with other reasonable duties as required

Your Accounts experience will see you

- Processing invoices and payments
- Accounts payable and receivable support
- Raising invoices and purchase orders
- Reconciliations and basic financial administration
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Following up outstanding invoices or payments
- Supporting reporting and data entry
- Working with accounting or finance systems
- Liaising with suppliers and employees regarding routine queries

We're looking for someone who combines people skills, organisation and attention to detail with a practical understanding of business administration and finance.

You'll ideally have

- 2+ years' experience in administration, business support or customer service
- Experience supporting accounting, finance functions
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Experience with CRM, accounting or HR systems
- Strong written and verbal communication
- The ability to manage competing priorities
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach




- The confidence to work independently and as part of a team
- A genuine interest in helping people and improving processes

Experience in healthcare, allied health or NDIS is desirable but not essential.
