Job Summary
The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth sales operations. In an AV distribution environment, this role plays a key part in order processing, customer communication, and providing technical assistance, product information, quotes, pricing, and logistics across a portfolio of amazing AV products and accessories.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify pain points or issues with orders and elevate to solve problems
- Assist wholesale customers with order and product enquiries
- Liaise with and support our field sales team
- Manage and move stock between warehouse locations
- Booking couriers and coordinate with warehouse teams
Desirable qualities, skills, and experience
- Experience in a similar role in the A/V industry will be highly regarded
- Solid communication skills both over the phone and via email
- ExperiencewithMicrosoftOffice applications such as Outlook, TEAMS & Excel
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Willingness to take initiative and get "hands on" with our product
