SilverChain in Western Australia is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a part time role in our Warren Blackwood Support at Home program. The position covers Boyanup to Pemberton and surrounding areas, with hours 8am–4pm, Mon–Fri negotiations.

You will provide community-based nursing, coordinate care, and support direct care workers, promoting high-quality, person-centred care across the region.
