We pride ourselves on precision engineering, custom designs, and delivering top-tier products to our commercial and industrial clients. We are currently looking for a trade-qualified, highly skilled First Class Sheet Metal Worker to join our busy workshop team.
What the Role Involves
Blueprint Translation: Reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
Fabrication & Shaping: Marking out, cutting, rolling, and bending flat sheets into accurate three-dimensional components.
Welding & Assembly: High-standard MIG and TIG welding across various materials including stainless steel, aluminium, and mild steel.
Machinery Operation: Safely operating workshop machinery including brake presses, guillotines, and folders.
Quality Control:
Ensuring all components fit perfectly and match quality guidelines before final delivery.
What We’re Looking For
Trade Qualification: Relevant Trade Certificate as a First Class Sheet Metal Worker / Light Fabricator.
Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience working in a commercial or industrial fabrication environment.
Technical Skills: Proficient in fine-tolerance sheet metal work, development layout patterns, and both MIG and TIG welding.
Attention to Detail: High precision, goal-driven mindset, and strong mechanical and practical trade math skills.
Team Player: Excellent communication skills, a reliable work ethic, and the ability to work independently or in small team dynamics.
