Assessing Construction Certificate, Complying Development Certificate and Occupation Certificate applications
Undertaking critical stage inspections and fulfilling Principal Certifier responsibilities
Reviewing plans and documentation against applicable building and planning requirements
Providing clear technical advice and helping clients resolve compliance issues
Maintaining accurate records and managing projects through to completion
Contributing to team development and improvements in our processes
About you
Current NSW registration as an Unrestricted Building Certifier
Demonstrated experience in building certification and inspections (in particular Class 2-9 projects)
Strong knowledge of the NCC, relevant Australian Standards and NSW building and planning legislation
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
The ability to work independently and contribute positively to a team
Confidence using digital systems and a current driver's licence
