ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re building the team that will bring the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2028 to life and we’re looking for a People & Culture Specialist to help us recruit, support and engage a world‑class workforce. From people data and reporting to compliance, wellbeing and engagement, you’ll help create an employee experience that enables our team to perform at its best. If you’re organised, people-focused and excited by the pace of a major global event, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact from day one.

Based in Australia, this is a maximum term opportunity until November 2028.

- Sound knowledge of employment legislation, HR policies and people processes.
- Experience preparing employment documentation and maintaining accurate employee records and people systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of an organisation.
- A proactive,

- The ability to manage competing priorities and deliver accurate, timely outcomes in a fast‑paced setting.
- Confidence handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- The ability to work effectively with payroll, finance and other internal and external stakeholders.
- The ability to support employment documentation, onboarding and compliance activities across Australia and Recent Zealand.
- The ability to travel within and between Australia and New Zealand as required.
- Experience in sport, events, major projects or a fast‑paced, scaling workforce environment is desirable.
