An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced HR Manager to join a global manufacturing business supporting a workforce of approximately 110 employees across operational and corporate functions.

Reporting to the APAC HR Leader, this role combines strategic HR leadership with hands-on people support. Partnering closely with local leaders, you will drive people initiatives, workforce planning, employee relations, investigations, leadership development and organisational capability.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with leaders to deliver people and culture initiatives.
- Lead employee relations matters, investigations and performance management.
- Provide advice on employment legislation, awards and HR best practice.
- Support workforce planning, succession planning and talent development.
- Drive employee engagement and continuous improvement initiatives.




- Provide HR support across both manufacturing and corporate teams.

About You

- Proven HR leadership experience in a manufacturing, FMCG or industrial environment.
- Solid knowledge of Australian employment legislation and award interpretation.
- Demonstrated experience managing investigations and complex employee relations matters.
- Strategic thinker with a practical, hands-on approach.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
