In this role, you'll:

- You will lead the development and delivery of a test automation strategy for real-time applications, championing a “Shift Left” approach across manual and automation teams.
- You’ll assess and implement appropriate automation tools, build and maintain robust frameworks using Testing and DevOps principles, and embed automated test execution across non-production environments.
- You’ll monitor and report results, lead automation testing initiatives, and provide training, guidance and support to strengthen team capability.
- You’ll also contribute your expertise across broader testing activities while promoting coding standards, collaboration and continuous improvement, helping create an inclusive environment where innovation, diversity and wellbeing are valued.

About you





- You’ll bring strong experience in software automation testing, with demonstrated expertise using tools such as Python/Selenium and Cypress to create, maintain and analyse automated test scripts.
- You’ll be confident developing automation test plans and reports and using Confluence and JIRA dashboards.
- You’ll also have experience translating stakeholder requirements into end-to-end technology governance standards aligned with relevant policies and standards, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively and deliver quality outcomes within a team environment.
