We are searching for an accomplished Restaurant Manager with the presence, energy and ambition to lead at this level.

The Opportunity

As Restaurant Manager, you will lead the restaurant, cellar door and front-of-house experience at Levantine Hill, setting the standard for exceptional hospitality. Working closely with the General Manager, you will inspire a high-performing team, drive operational excellence and ensure every guest experience reflects the quality and prestige of the brand.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on the floor, connects naturally with people and takes pride in delivering memorable experiences.

The Role

- Lead and inspire a high-performing hospitality team
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences across restaurant, cellar door, and events operations
- Drive service standards synonymous with the Levantine Hill and The Belongil brands
- Oversee reservations, labour management, reporting and daily operations
- Manage premium functions and experiences from planning through to execution
- Support commercial performance while maintaining an uncompromising focus on quality and guest satisfaction

The Ideal Candidate

- At least two years’ experience leading a restaurant or premium hospitality operation
- A passion for exceptional food, wine and guest experiences
- The ability to inspire, coach and develop a front-of-house team
- Robust operational judgment and commercial awareness
- Confidence managing labour, reservations, reporting, stock and service delivery
- A hands-on leadership style and a willingness to be present where you are needed most
- Exceptional attention to detail and a deep respect for quality
- Warmth, professionalism and confidence when engaging with guestsEnergy, resilience and the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment
- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
- Australian permanent residency or citizenship
- Above all, you will bring an instinct for hospitality and the ambition to contribute to something truly special.
