Develop and implement digital content strategies to promote the company's residential and commercial services, including flooring, painting, blinds, carpets and related finishing solutions, ensuring that content supports the company's brand positioning, audience growth and customer engagement objectives.

Create, edit and publish engaging multimedia marketing content , including written copy, photographs, short-form videos, reels, graphics and project showcases, to effectively communicate the quality, features and advantages of the company's services across social media, the company website and other digital platforms.

Plan and produce visual content relating to completed and ongoing projects , including before-and-after presentations, project progress updates, service demonstrations and finished-space showcases, coordinating with operational staff to obtain suitable photographs, videos and project information.

Manage and maintain the company's social media content calendar , scheduling and publishing relevant and timely content across the company's digital channels and ensuring a consistent flow of material promoting its services, projects, customer outcomes and brand identity.

Develop service-specific content campaigns for flooring, painting, blinds, carpets and other residential and commercial finishing services, adapting messaging and visual presentation to different customer segments, project types and digital platforms.

Maintain and enhance website content , including service descriptions, project portfolios, promotional material,



photographs, customer-focused information and other marketing content, ensuring that published information remains current, accurate, engaging and consistent with the company's brand.

Write and adapt marketing copy for digital platforms , including social media posts, website pages, project descriptions, promotional campaigns, calls to action and other digital communications, using appropriate language and messaging to strengthen brand awareness and encourage customer enquiries.

Monitor and analyse the performance of digital and social media content using website and platform analytics, reviewing engagement, audience reach, content interactions and customer responses to identify high-performing content and recommend improvements to future content activities.

Optimise digital content for online visibility and audience engagement , applying appropriate keywords, captions, hashtags, metadata and content formatting practices to improve the discoverability and searchability of the company's services and digital presence.

Coordinate with management, operational teams, clients and external creative or digital service providers where required to identify content opportunities, obtain relevant project information and visual assets, maintain brand consistency, and ensure that published marketing content accurately represents the company's services, workmanship and completed projects.
