Salary/Package: $125,000 – $145,000 + Super + Company Vehicle + Performance Bonuses ($250 per house OTE + $15k Per year)
About the Company
We are a leading residential construction specialist currently delivering 400 to 500 high-quality builds per annum. Our core investment model focuses on standard 3/4-bedroom duplex and single-level residential homes.
Due to a strong, ongoing pipeline of work in the Toowoomba region, we are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to manage an immediate portfolio of builds.
About the Role
In this permanent, full time role based in Toowoomba, you will oversee approximately 22 single-storey builds that are located in close proximity to each other. You will be responsible for driving site safety, quality control, trade management, and keeping construction timelines on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage up to 22-26 residential builds concurrently within a tight geographic footprint.
- Coordinate and supervise on-site trades, suppliers, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain rigorous standards for quality assurance, defect management,
and OH&S; compliance.
- Leverage strong computer literacy and build management software (experience with Onsite Companion is a bonus!).
- Drive production schedules to ensure homes are delivered efficiently and to budget.
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Essential: A trade background with solid, hands-on residential construction experience.
- Essential: A minimum QBCC Site Supervisor license.
- Proven experience confidently managing 22–26 builds concurrently.
- Strong computer literacy and a structured, organized approach to site administration.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with trades and clients.
