Construction Lawyer | Front & Back End | 3-6 PAE | National Firm | Sydney

Our client is a national law firm whose construction team advises principals, contractors, subcontractors and major consultants on significant construction and development projects. It is looking for a Construction Lawyer with 3 to 6 years' PAE to work across both the front end and the back end of projects in Sydney.

About the role

You will work across the life of significant construction and development projects,



from setting them up to resolving issues when they arise. You will:

- Draft and negotiate construction contracts and consultant agreements
- Support procurement strategies and delivery models
- Advise clients through the life of a project
- Assist on construction disputes as they arise
- Learn directly from a highly experienced construction partner

What you'll bring

- 3 to 6 years' PAE
- Admission to practise in Australia and a current practising certificate
- Construction experience across advisory and disputes
- Strong drafting skills and a collaborative approach
