Rafay is seeking a high-performing Technical Account Manager to join our Customer Success team in Australia. You will own the post-sale technical relationship with strategic customers, advise on architecture, and ensure successful deployment and scaling of Rafay's cloud-native platforms.
You will collaborate with engineering, product, and sales to drive adoption of Kubernetes, GPU infrastructure, and AI services, engaging with senior executives to translate technology into business value.
