About the role

As our next Account Manager you will be someone who can nurture and grow relationships with existing clients, while exploring new business opportunities along the way.

You will be a relatable people person and enjoy caring for our customers and doing what you can to improve the service we offer. You will have a high service standard and be passionate about going above and beyond for your customers. Youwill be comfortable in assessing customers' needs, then recommending and explaining our products to them.

CRM systems such as Salesforce are part of your every day,submitting activities, business plans and pipeline for review. With strong business acumen, dedication, and drive,



you are highly accountable and have a strong drive to optimize results and outcomes.

Skills and experience

- You will be a tenacious, passionate, high-energy individual with the ability to identify and hone in on opportunities
- Highly service oriented and passionate about going above and beyond for your customers.
- You will be comfortable in assessing customers' needs, then recommending and explaining our products to them.
- With strong business acumen, dedication, and drive, you will be highly accountable with a refuse to lose attitude
- Salesforce experience would be beneficial
- You might have a background in laundry and linen or experience in selling services into Health & Aged care of Accommodation setting.
- A background in accommodation housekeeping or healthcare facilities will also be highly regarded
