AACo is seeking an experienced Station Manager to lead Canobie Station operations in Queensland, Australia. You will head a 25–30 person team, manage daily operations to hit productivity, quality and profitability targets, and report on performance across weekly, monthly and annual cycles.
You will oversee budgets, ensure animal welfare and safety standards, and drive capital works with a focus on continuous improvement.
