360 Personnel is seeking a reliable and motivated Yard Hand / Forklift Operator to join a busy manufacturing yard. This is a hands‑on position involving general yard labouring, materials handling and forklift operation. Previous forklift experience is not essential, as training will be provided; however, applicants must hold a current LF Forklift Licence.

Key responsibilities

- Assisting with the dipping of spiral tubing into acid baths
- Washing and preparing tubing following the dipping process
- Handling and moving spiral tubing safely
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Operating a forklift to move materials around the yard
- Assisting with production and materials-handling duties
- Completing general yard labouring and manual handling
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work area
- Following workplace health, safety and chemical-handling procedures
- Supporting the production team as required

About you

- Forklift experience is desirable but not essential




- Willingness to receive training and develop forklift skills
- Physically fit and comfortable completing labour-intensive duties
- Comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing yard
- Reliable transport and the ability to start at 6:00am
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Reliable attendance and punctualityAbility to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Willingness to complete both forklift and general labouring duties
- Monday‑to‑Thursday, 6:00am–2:30pm; Friday, 6:00am–12:30pm
- Early finish every Friday
- Forklift and on‑the‑job training provided
- Supportive manufacturing team
- Varied forklift, yard and production duties
- Ongoing work with the potential to become permanent
- Prospect to build experience in an industrial environment
