The role involves providing assessment and evidence-based intervention to paediatric clients, with a focus on communication, speech, language, and neurodevelopmental needs. Must-Have Criteria
- Relevant Speech Pathology / Speech-Language Pathology qualification
- Current or eligible Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) registration
- Australian work rights
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Good-to-Have:
- Paediatric Speech Pathology experience
- Experience working with neurodevelopmental conditions
- Experience collaborating with families, schools, and other healthcare professionals
- Previous experience in Australian clinical settings
Education / Registration
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Speech Pathology / Speech-Language Pathology
- Eligible for Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) registration
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct speech, language, communication, and developmental assessments.
- Develop individualized therapy and intervention plans.
- Deliver evidence-based speech pathology interventions.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports.
- Monitor client outcomes and modify therapy plans as required.
- Work collaboratively with families, carers, educators, and allied health professionals.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions.
- Contribute to clinical service improvement and professional development.
- Experienced clinicians may support mentoring and service development.
