- Assisting with community access, social activities and employment goals
- Supporting medication prompts and health routines
- Building positive, respectful relationships with participants and their families
- Documenting shift notes and following each participant's support plan

About you
- 1 + years' experience in disability support, aged care or community services
- Confident supporting participants with complex needs / behaviours of concern.
- Solid documentation, reporting and incident-management skills
- Ability to work independently and mentor newer team members

Essential requirements
- A current Australian driver’s licence (minimum P2)
- A Working with Children Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain them.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain.
- Rights to work in Australia
- Availability and flexibility to work a variety of shifts across a 7-day roster, including the ability to complete a minimum of two sleepover shifts per fortnight. Common roster of care: 8am – 4pm, 4pm -8am (sleepover 10pm-6am).
