AquaPhys is a boutique, long‑established Physiotherapy Practice located within a bustling Leisure Centre. With a 20‑year history, a diverse and loyal client base and one of Sydney’s strongest reputations in Aquatic Physiotherapy, we continue to grow rapidly — so much so that we’ve had to close our books multiple times, due to demand.

We are now seeking a passionate Physiotherapist to join our friendly, supportive, and highly skilled team.

We are not your typical clinic. We offer:

One‑hour consultations for every client — initial and follow‑up

A unique blend of Aquatic Physiotherapy, Land‑based Physiotherapy and occasionally community‑based care

A collaborative team of Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists and a Remedial Massage Therapist

About the Role

Work across hydrotherapy, clinic, gym, and community settings





Caseload includes Musculoskeletal and Neurological presentations

Emphasis on rehabilitation, holistic care, and long‑term outcomes

Salary based on experience, up to $60/hour + Superannuation

Access to regular team mentoring from APA‑titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapists

Professional Development budget + support to attend relevant courses.

Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy

Current AHPRA registration

Current First Aid/CPR

Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain)

NDIS Worker Clearance (or ability to obtain)

SIRA number (or ability to obtain)

At least 1 year of private practice experience required. Senior applications also invited.
