Calvary Health Care Kogarah is seeking a qualified social worker to join the Community Palliative Care Team. You will plan, coordinate and deliver high quality social work care to patients within NSW guidelines and Calvary policies.
Eligibility includes NSW Schedule C qualifications, AASW membership, WWCC and NCRC checks. You will contribute to quality improvement, teach colleagues and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive workplace.
