Due to growth, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Internal Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team and play a key role in attracting, engaging, and securing top talent across their business.

As the Internal Talent Acquisition Partner, you will partner closely with leaders across the business to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for a diverse range of roles. You will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, building talent pipelines, and ensuring a seamless hiring process that supports our growth objectives

The role

- Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple business divisions and locations nationally.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and provide expert recruitment advice.
- Develop cutting-edge sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Proactively build and maintain talent pools for current and future workforce needs.
- Screen, interview,



and assess candidates against role requirements and cultural fit.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, reference checks, and offer management.
- Arrange pre-employment medicals, onboarding documentation and starter packs.
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide insights to support continuous improvement.
- Promote and strengthen the employer brand across various channels.
- Support workforce planning, succession planning, and broader talent initiatives

What we're looking for

- Tertiary qualifications in Business, HR or similar
- Previous experience in internal recruitment, talent acquisition, or agency recruitment.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Experience sourcing candidates through various recruitment channels and platforms
- Proficient with word, excel and Outlook
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
