Research-to-Production Engineering Specialist

What You'll Do:

- Turn research ideas into efficient, scalable production systems.
- Build and improve pipelines connecting research experimentation to live deployment.
- Develop external data ingestion, feature discovery, storage, validation, and experiment-tracking systems.
- Design and deploy bespoke algorithms and novel engineering solutions.
- Work closely with researchers to identify problems and deliver solutions within rapid feedback cycles.
- Help ensure new systems and models can be deployed safely and reliably at scale.
