Operating since 1966, we have built a strong reputation for quality workmanship, great service and looking after our customers.

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Factory & Warehouse Hand to join our small, friendly team at our Stafford factory.

Previous experience in manufacturing, fabrication, assembly or similar hands-on work would be an advantage, but it is not necessary. Full training will be provided to the right person.

What you’ll be doing

This is a varied, hands-on role involved in manufacturing our range of security screens and doors, including Amplimesh security products.

Your day will include:

Manufacturing and assembling security screens and doors

Measuring, cutting and preparing aluminium and other components

Using hand and power tools, factory machinery and equipment

Assembling and finishing products to a high standard





Receiving and organising materials and stock

General factory and warehouse duties

Keeping your work area clean, organised and safe

Working with the team to complete jobs accurately and on time

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who:

Is reliable and punctual

Has a positive attitude and robust work ethic

Enjoys practical, hands-on work

Can follow instructions and learn new processes

Takes pride in producing quality work

Can work efficiently while maintaining accuracy

Has good common sense and a practical approach

Works well as part of a small team

Is physically capable of performing normal factory and warehouse duties

Previous experience is an advantage, but attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are just as important.

Experience in security screens and doors, aluminium fabrication, manufacturing, assembly, warehousing or confidently using hand and power tools would be highly regarded.
