Susuru Izakaya in Newcastle CBD is seeking an experienced Full time Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations, drawing on a passion for authentic Japanese cuisine and a mindset geared to high quality food. You will train the team, help develop our menu, oversee food safety and costing, and work in a fast-paced environment with our in-house dumpling and ramen production.
The role requires 38–42 hours per week, including weekends and public holidays, and offers a collaborative multicultural team
