Motto Fashions in Melbourne is seeking an ecommerce lead to drive digital growth across trading, merchandising, acquisition, conversion, CRM and lifecycle marketing, reporting to the GM. You will own day-to-day performance and define the growth roadmap for our bold fashion brand.
You'll focus on optimizing on-site experience, testing, CRO, and expanding recent channels such as partnerships, marketplaces, social commerce, and customer retention programs.
