Goodman Fielder is seeking an experienced Site SHE Manager to own Safety, Health & Setting across the Erskine Park and Camellia manufacturing sites. Reporting to the Site Operations Manager, you will influence leaders, empower frontline teams, and embed a proactive SHE culture across two critical sites.
You will lead the development of SMS/EMS, drive compliance and incident investigations, and partner with leaders to deliver meaningful improvements.
