LivePerson is seeking a Senior Application Support Engineer in Melbourne to become the SME for the LivePerson platform. You will own complex, high-severity customer issues and act as the bridge between Global Support and Product Development.

You will scale knowledge, mentor peers, and contribute to tooling and logs analysis. Expect on-call duties and collaboration with Product Management, R&D;, and business units to resolve issues quickly.
