- Manage complex diaries, schedules and competing priorities for General Managers and/or the Mayor.
- Prepare professional correspondence, reports, presentations and briefing materials.
- Coordinate meetings and events, including agendas, minutes and follow-up actions.
- Monitor key deliverables, coordinate follow-up actions and support strategic initiatives.
- Manage executive records, correspondence and confidential information.
- Build robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Attend Council, Committee and other official meetings, including after-hours work.

About You
You are a highly organised, proactive and professional Executive Assistant with substantial experience supporting senior leaders in a complex environment. You thrive on managing competing priorities, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and delivering high-quality outcomes with discretion and attention to detail.
You will:
- Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior Executive Assistant or executive support role.
- Demonstrate exceptional organisational, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Exercise sound judgement, initiative and professionalism when managing sensitive matters.
- Coordinate multiple priorities and deadlines with accuracy and efficiency.
- Be proficient in contemporary business systems and technology.
- Hold relevant qualifications and/or equivalent experience.
Hold a current Class C Driver's Licence.
