About the Role

We’re rolling out a new POS system across our store network, and we’re looking for a POS Lead to drive its conversion and implementation on the ground. You’ll be the go-to person for getting stores set up, trained, and trading confidently on the new system, working hand in hand with our Pricing team to make sure pricing and product data is accurate and ready for every conversion, and alongside our Operations team to plan and land each rollout smoothly.

This role is based at our Milton support office, but travel to stores is essential — you’ll be on-site for conversions, training, and go-live support as we roll the new system out. It’s a great fit for someone who’s as comfortable running a training session on the shop floor as they are working through a spreadsheet back at head office.

Reporting to the Retail Systems Manager,



this role sits at the intersection of systems, people, and process — hands-on, change-focused, and central to a major project for the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the conversion and implementation of the new POS system in stores, from planning through to go-live
- Deliver hands-on training to store teams, building their confidence and capability on the new system
- Drive change management for each store rollout — clear communication, readiness, and support through the transition
- Work closely with the Pricing team to validate and load pricing and product data ahead of and during store conversions
- Support product set-up and categorisation as part of each store’s conversion
- Partner with the Operations team to schedule, coordinate, and sequence store rollouts
- Troubleshoot POS issues during and after go-live, escalating to IT or vendor partners where needed
- Maintain training materials, SOPs, and rollout documentation for the POS system
- Act as a point of contact for stores with questions during their conversion and in the weeks after

What You’ll Bring

- Experience with pharmacy point-of-sale and dispense technology (highly regarded)
- Retail pharmacy experience, ideally 2+ years
- Skilled at guiding teams through change, with the ability to bring people along through a system transition
- Confidence leading training both one-on-one and with groups, in person and remotely
- Solid Excel skills and comfort working with pricing and product data
- Ability to travel regularly to stores — this is essential to the role
- Process-driven and highly organised, with strong attention to detail
- A collaborative approach — you’ll be working closely with Pricing, Operations, and store teams alike
