Opal HealthCare is seeking a hands-on Chef to support multiple sites across Greater Sydney and the Central West. The roving role is full time, with weekday hours from 9am to 5pm, and involves providing Head Chef and Sous Chef coverage as needed.

You will hold a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery and a Food Safety Supervisory Certification, with 5+ years Head Chef experience in aged care, hotels, or similar environments.
