Colonial Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to keep our equipment and facilities operating at peak performance. You will lead the Maintenance Team, manage resources, and apply your expertise to uphold safety and efficiency across the property.
You will forge strong partnerships with all in office departments, handle emergency maintenance, and communicate clearly with the General Manager, guests, and contractors to maintain service standards and proactive maintenance schedules.
