We’re looking for someone who wants to build a genuine career in real estate.

You don’t need years of experience. You don’t even need to have worked in real estate before.

You will need to have completed your Agent's Representative Certificate.

We have a 14-step training program designed to take the right person from starting out in real estate through to becoming a listing and selling agent .

You’ll start on a $75,000 package for your first three months , increasing to $90,000 from three months onwards , with the opportunity to earn performance bonuses on top.

Your package is reviewed every three months as you progress.

For up to your first six months, you’ll work closely with our Director's, learning how we sell property, communicate with clients and buyers, run campaigns and build the skills required to eventually work more independently.

Where the role can take you

This isn’t intended to be a permanent assistant role.

Our goal is to develop you into a capable listing and selling agent.

As you progress through the training program, you’ll gradually take on more responsibility, develop your own skills and relationships, and work towards the opportunity to earn significantly more through successful sales.

What you'll start by doing

Initially, you’ll work alongside our Listing Agent and Sales Director, helping to manage property campaigns.

This includes:

- Conducting buyer inspections
- Speaking with buyers and sellers
- Following up enquiries
- Communicating buyer feedback
- Coordinating inspections and appointments
- Assisting with contracts and administration
- Keeping campaigns organised




- Supporting the sales team
- Learning how to sell property properly

You won’t be expected to know how to do all of this when you start.

That’s what the training is for.

Who we're looking for

We’re looking for someone who is good with people, works hard and wants to build something.

You might come from sales, hospitality, customer service, administration, teaching, healthcare or another people-focused profession.

You’ll need to be:

- Resilient when things get busy
- Open to feedback and willing to learn
