MacKillop Family Services is seeking a Residential Youth Worker to support children and young people with high and complex needs within our Out of Home Care (OoHC) program in Eastern Metro, VIC. You will provide a secure, supportive, and therapeutic environment while participating in daily household duties and activities.

This role reports to the Residential House Supervisor and offers industry training, supervision, and a Sanctuary Model framework.
