The Role

We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our growing Residential Operations team on the Gold Coast.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, friendly, proactive and enjoys keeping things on track. You don’t need years of project management experience — we’re looking for someone with robust admin and customer service skills who is ready to learn and grow into the role.

You’ll work closely with our Project Managers and wider operations team to help deliver solar, battery and energy projects from the moment a customer signs up through to completion.

What you’ll be doing

- Making welcome calls to new customers and helping them understand what happens next
- Keeping customers updated throughout their project
- Coordinating project information, paperwork and key dates
- Updating our CRM and making sure information is accurate and up to date
- Following up with customers after installation to make sure everything has gone smoothly
- Speaking with installers to confirm jobs have been completed and required information has been captured
- Following up on customer feedback and online reviews
- Helping resolve straightforward customer questions and escalating anything more complex




- Supporting the Project Manager with day-to-day administration and coordination
- Helping with project documentation, compliance paperwork and STC submissions
- Working with other teams to help keep projects progressing
- Contributing ideas to improve the way we work as the business continues to grow

What we’re looking for

You might be coming from an administration, customer service, coordination or office support background and looking for your next step.

We're looking for someone who:

- Is highly organised and enjoys keeping things in order
- Has great attention to detail
- Is confident speaking with customers over the phone
- Communicates clearly and professionally
- Is comfortable using CRM and computer systems
- Can juggle multiple tasks and priorities
- Takes ownership and follows things through
- Is calm and positive when things get busy
- Is naturally helpful and customer-focused
- Is keen to learn and isn't afraid to ask questions

Experience in solar or energy? Great, but not essential.

Any experience in solar, electrical, construction, energy, STCs or project coordination will be an advantage, but we're equally interested in someone with the right attitude and transferable skills who wants to learn the industry.

This is a hands‑on role where you'll have the opportunity to learn how projects are delivered from start to finish, work alongside experienced Project Managers and build your skills in a fast‑moving environment.
