From our facilities in Cunderdin, Belmont and Melton, we manufacture and distribute the Manta range of performance exhaust systems throughout Australia and internationally.
As our manufacturing operations continue to grow, we are seeking multiple Welders / Fabricators to join our Cunderdin production team.

About the Role
Working within our manufacturing facility, you will be responsible for producing high-quality exhaust components and assemblies to required production and quality standards.
You will become part of a team focused on delivering premium Australian-made products while maintaining strong safety, quality and productivity outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
MIG welding mild steel and stainless steel components
Fabricating and assembling exhaust systems and related products
Reading and interpreting production documentation and job requirements
Inspecting completed work to ensure quality standards are achieved
Operating manufacturing equipment and tooling safely
Identifying quality, process or production issues before they become larger problems
Assisting in maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment
Working collaboratively with production team members and supervisors
Contributing to productivity, efficiency and waste reduction initiatives
Skills & Experience
To be considered, applicants should possess:
Previous MIG welding experience
Experience working within a manufacturing or fabrication environment
Strong attention to detail
Ability to consistently produce quality workmanship
Reliable attendance and work ethic
Strong commitment to workplace safety
Full Australian working rights
The following will be highly regarded:
Trade qualification in Fabrication, Boilermaking or Engineering
Stainless steel welding experience
TIG Welding experience
Experience working within production manufacturing environments
Experience working to quality standards and production targets
Ability to identify and solve manufacturing issues independently
