Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service is seeking an Executive Director of Nursing and Midwifery for Women’s, Children’s and Families. The role leads approximately 390 FTE with a $50 million operating budget across multiple locations to deliver secure, person-centred care.

You will shape service delivery, governance and workforce strategies, driving performance and integrated care in Central Queensland, including maternity, neonatal and paediatric services, with postgraduate qualifications
