Unlike many hospitality venues, we trade Wednesday to Saturday for lunch and dinner, and Sunday lunch only, providing a work life balance that is hard to find in the industry.

We are seeking a passionate and reliable Chef to join our kitchen team and help deliver outstanding dining experiences across our restaurant, functions and events.

About the position:

Reporting to the Head Chef, you will:





Produce high quality dishes that follow the established menu and meet customer expectations to a consistent standard

Assist with daily kitchen operations

Assist with stock control and kitchen organisation

Working in a team environment, ensuring timely service and a high standard of presentation

Ensure hygiene and food safety standards

Ensure all equipment is maintained in good order

Work collaboratively within a professional team workplace

About You

A true hospitality professional with a love for food and a passion for cooking

Trade Qualified

Ability to learn, retain and reproduce recipes and menu items

Quick and consistent with a demonstrated ability to multi task

A high level of integrity, trustworthiness and reliability

A robust team player as part of a close team

Excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to work under pressure and remain calm under adversity

A high level of personal presentation and hygiene is a must
