We're looking for reliable, motivated cleaners to join our growing team across Port Stephens, Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Maitland, Cessnock and surrounding areas.

We offer a variety of cleaning work, including domestic cleaning, Airbnb and short-stay cleaning, commercial cleaning, end-of-lease/bond cleaning, deep & spring cleaning and post-construction cleaning.

- $34-$38 per hour + 12% super + applicable allowances
- Penalty rates apply where applicable
- Flexible working hours with ongoing work and opportunities for more hours as we grow

About the Role

Your work may include:

- Regular domestic, deep and spring cleaning
- Airbnb and short-stay turnovers
- Commercial and office cleaning
- End-of-lease/bond cleaning
- Post-construction and after-renovation cleaning

Depending on the job, you may work independently or alongside other members of our team.

You'll be representing RoseGold Cleaning & Maintenance in our clients' homes and workplaces, so providing a professional, respectful, and friendly service is just as important as delivering a high standard of cleaning.

Key Responsibilities

- Complete cleaning tasks efficiently and to a high standard,



following job instructions and cleaning checklists
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly
- Respect clients' homes, workplaces and belongings at all times
- Communicate professionally with clients and the RoseGold Cleaning & Maintenance team
- Report any damage, maintenance issues or concerns promptly
- Arrive on time, manage your time well and help provide a positive experience for every RoseGold Cleaning & Maintenance customer

What We're Looking For

We're looking for people who are:

- Reliable, punctual, trustworthy and professional
- Friendly and respectful with good attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically capable of performing cleaning duties and comfortable working in different homes and workplaces
- Willing to learn and follow our cleaning standards
- Available on weekdays, with some weekend availability

Previous professional cleaning experience is preferred, but attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are just as important.

What You'll Need

- Current driver's licence and your own reliable car
- Current Police Check / Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one
- Full working rights in Australia
