Labourforce seeks a Maintenance Fitter for our manufacturing team at the Chipping Norton facility. The role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical equipment to keep plant operations safe, reliable, and effective.
You will minimise downtime, support production performance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Monday to Friday 7:00am–3:00pm with overtime and occasional weekend shutdown work; pay is $51.34 per hour plus applicable overtime rates.
