Speech Pathology Role
We are seeking a Speech Pathologist to support autistic children, teens and adults with communication, social interaction and daily participation skills. You will work alongside psychologists,
OTs and behaviour support practitioners as part of a collaborative team.
At ND Perspective, we believe speech pathologists should be able to focus on great therapy, not constant admin, scheduling pressure and unrealistic workloads. Spend your time where it matters most: supporting clients and families.

Occupational Therapy Role
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist with paediatric experience to join our small multidisciplinary team supporting autistic children, teens and adults.
You will work alongside psychologists, speech pathologists and behaviour support practitioners, collaborating to support clients in everyday skills such as sensory processing, emotional regulation, daily living skills, motor development and participation at home, school and in the community.

we believe clinicians should be able to focus on meaningful client‑led therapy. Spend your time where it matters most: supporting clients and families.
- Part‑time role (days negotiable, anything from 1 day per week is welcome)
- Majority paediatric caseload
- Work alongside three other occupational therapists
- Clinical supervision provided by in‑house senior OT

Physiotherapy Role
We are seeking a Physiotherapist with experience or interest in working with neurodivergent clients to join our multidisciplinary team.
We are looking to add physiotherapy services to our services to support our clients to build strength, coordination and confidence in everyday movement.
This role will primarily support autistic children, young people and adults with areas such as gross motor development, balance, coordination, strength and participation in everyday activities.
You will work under our clinical lead, a senior physiotherapist, alongside occupational therapists, psychologists, speech pathologists and behaviour support practitioners as part of a collaborative team focused on practical, client‑led outcomes.
