Assistant Centre Manager, Googong West (Brand New Centre)

Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten is seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Centre Manager to join our team at Googong West .

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside the Centre Manager, supporting the day to day operations of the service while helping to create exceptional outcomes for children, families, and educators.

The Opportunity

Working closely with the Centre Manager, you will play an important leadership role in supporting the daily operations of the service, developing educators, and driving quality outcomes across the centre.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the Centre Manager with the daily leadership and operations of the service
- Mentor, coach, and inspire educators to achieve high quality outcomes
- Support the development of a positive, engaged, and collaborative team culture
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and the local community
- Support compliance with the National Quality Framework, Education and Care Services Regulations, and Aspire policies
- Assist with enrolments, occupancy, rostering, staffing, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support the achievement of quality, operational, and financial goals
- Contribute to creating a safe, welcoming, and inspiring learning workplace

About You

You are a confident, motivated, and approachable leader who is passionate about early childhood education and supporting teams to succeed.

To be successful, you will have:

- ACECQA approved Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
- Previous experience as an Assistant Centre Manager, Educational Leader,



Lead Educator, or in a similar leadership position
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standard, and Education and Care Services Regulations
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship building skills
- Ability to mentor and support educators in their professional development
- Robust organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis qualifications
- Current Working With Children Check
- Current National Police Check
- Experience using XAP or similar childcare management software will be highly regarded
