About You
You're someone who sees inclusion not as a program, but as a way of creating better workplaces and experiences for everyone.
You thrive on building relationships, influencing positive change and bringing people on the journey. Combining strategic thinking with hands on delivery, you're equally comfortable developing initiatives as you are partnering with leaders, facilitating conversations and measuring impact. Most importantly, you're passionate about creating environments where people feel respected, valued and empowered to succeed.

- Experience leading and implementing equity, diversity and inclusion initiatives within a People and Culture, Human Resources or organisational development environment.
