About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our team at our Keswick location. This is a full-time position based in Keswick, SA 5035 . As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading driving revenue. You will play a pivotal role in quoting fences, building customer relationships and ensuring our fencing solutions meet market demands.

Key responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our market presence and client base
- Build strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through to closing deals and customer follow-up
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts and performance metrics to track progress against targets
- Identify market opportunities and recent business development initiatives to drive company growth
- Provide product knowledge and sales support to the team, ensuring clients receive expert guidance on fencing solutions
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximise profitability whilst maintaining competitiveness
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery
- Attend industry events, trade shows and networking opportunities to strengthen market position

What we're looking for

- Proven experience in a sales role,



preferably in the construction, home improvement or fencing industry
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop and manage a sales team effectively
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-oriented approach to sales
- In-depth knowledge of fencing products, services and industry practices (or willingness to develop this knowledge)
- Proficiency in sales management software, CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively within a team environment
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
