Victorian International Institute of Technical Education (VIITE) is seeking an experienced, energetic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our presence in Sydney.

We are looking for someone who understands the Australian vocational education and training (VET) sector, has a proven track record in student recruitment and digital marketing, and is confident in using artificial intelligence (AI) tools to drive marketing innovation and business growth.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity for a motivated professional to lead VIITE's sales, marketing and student recruitment activities in Sydney. You will be responsible for generating student enrolments, developing education agent networks, implementing digital marketing campaigns and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve student enrolment targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with education agents, industry partners and prospective students.




- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Use AI tools, including ChatGPT, Canva AI and marketing automation platforms, to improve content creation, lead generation and campaign performance.
- Identify new business development opportunities in the domestic and international education markets.
- Manage student enquiries, lead conversion and CRM activities.
- Monitor marketing performance, prepare reports and achieve agreed KPIs.
- Ensure marketing and recruitmeht activities comply with relevant Australian vocational education regulations.

About You

- Essential: Previous sales and marketing experience in the Australian vocational education (RTO/VET) sector.
- Strong knowledge of Australian vocational qualifications, student recruitment and the international education market.
- Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, social media advertising, SEO and lead generation.
- Practical knowledge of AI tools and their application in modern sales and marketing.
- Proven ability to develop education agent networks and achieve student enrolment targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to work independently and take ownership of sales performance.
- Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation and AI-driven analytics will be highly regarded.
