The Icing Company, an Australian icing manufacturer, seeks a Production Team Leader to run the day-to-day production floor on a weekday basis. You will lead the team, manage the production plan, and ensure food safety, stock and documentation standards are met.
You will work closely with the Site Manager, plan ahead, address problems early and step into production when required while maintaining quality and compliance.
