Are you an experienced Reporting Analyst looking for an exciting 12-month contract prospect in Brisbane? Join a dynamic project team supporting a large-scale migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) reporting is seamlessly transitioned and optimised for future-state capabilities, driving standardised and sustainable reporting solutions across the business.
What You Will Do:
- Engage with stakeholders across Asset Management, Maintenance, and Operations to identify, document, and validate future-state reporting needs.
- Review the existing reporting landscape to consolidate duplicate reports and establish a standardised reporting framework.
- Translate complex business needs into functional reporting specifications and user-focused dashboard designs.
- Define and author robust reporting solutions within SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Power BI.
- Support data validation, report testing, and business acceptance activities to ensure accurate and reliable transition from ECC.
What You Need to Apply for This Role:
- Proven experience as a Reporting Analyst or Business Analyst with strong SAP and S/4HANA reporting expertise.
- Demonstrated hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Power BI and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems.
- Strong background in defining report structures, KPI calculations, and key maintenance performance measures.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to bridge business requirements and technical specifications.
