With our planned growth in the Ballarat Region we are looking for incredible team members to join our Educational family! We believe in making a positive difference to people’s lives and are looking for a lead educator to join our Arch service. Our current amazing lead educator has moved into a leadership role within Jenny's.

Jenny’s ELC is committed to regularly training and educating our management, team and volunteers on child abuse risks.





We are committed to the cultural safety of Aboriginal children, the cultural safety of children from culturally and/or linguistically diverse backgrounds, and to providing a safe environment for children with a disability.

We have specific policies and procedures in place that support our management, leadership, team and volunteers to achieve these commitments.

Positions Available:

We simply want to meet the best Educators in town - if you have a flair for the amazing, are community minded and want to make a difference in the lives of children and families - we encourage you to apply!

We are looking for a Toddler Lead Educator in our beautiful state or the Art 66 place service.

About You:

- A demonstrated passion, energy and enthusiasm for Early Childhood Education

- A demonstrated ability of being community minded and an understanding of the importance of community involvement within the Educational Program

- Exceptional communication

- A strong understanding of the Jenny's ELC Values

- Solution-focused, positive, 'can-do' attitude

- Current WWCC, First Aid, and CPR or willingness to obtain

- Diploma of Children's services





- Passionate about making a difference in the lives of children

- Fun, exciting and enthusiastic about Early Childhood
