About this Position

As an Administration Officer, you'll be one of the first points of contact for both customers and internal stakeholders, helping to deliver the high level of service PFD is known for.

Working closely with our Customer Service, Operations and Sales teams, you'll provide day-to-day administrative support, assist with customer enquiries, maintain accurate records and help ensure business processes run smoothly. This is a varied role that combines administration, customer service and coordination responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and delivering positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities





- Maintain accurate records, databases and filing systems.
- Support accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Manage incoming correspondence and internal communications.
- Provide administrative support to management and operational teams.
- Assist with reporting requirements and document control.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and workplace health and safety requirements.
- Complete general office administration duties as required.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

- Previous administration experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel.
- Exposure to accounts administration, payroll, payables or receivables is desirable.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, positive and team-focused attitude.
